The staff made us feel like royalty, and the food was delicious. Our room was spotless and luxurious. Nur Complex Hotel got every detail right and gave us the best hotel stay we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back!

Blood stains on the pillows made the lack of cleanliness hard to ignore. I found bed bugs in my bed last night, and now my arms are covered in bites and badly swollen. It was an extremely unpleasant stay.

Very clean, and the food is good.

The food was well worth the money. I had the chicken biryani and the lamb biryani, and both had loads of flavor. The staff were friendly, and the hospitality was amazing. They’re also very attentive to cleanliness.

The hotel was really dirty, with roaches all over and very little hygiene. There didn’t seem to be any clean areas. I had an unpleasant experience.
