We stayed in the executive suite, which was clean, with a comfortable bed and lovely air conditioning. The rooftop pool is large, and the lounge is lovely. The hotel felt safe and secure, and breakfast was delicious. Lynne was kind and helpful, and there was an egg station, Dahl, potatoes, meats, fruit, and pancakes. They arranged our transfers, which was handy since it’s 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the city center. We’d stay again.

The whole team at Okash City Boutique made my first visit to Nairobi feel comfortable. That was on September 1st, 2025, and I’m still thinking about the people and the food. The chefs cooked so well, I couldn’t get enough. My friend for life, Chef Paul, is both a great chef and a good friend, and I’ll be back for more of his cooking. Brian looked after me so well, he’s like my new son. Valary at the front desk was humble, polite, helpful, and one of a kind. John, the hotel driver, was friendly and a helpful guide around the city. I’ll never forget this wonderful staff. If you visit, please leave them a generous tip.

We appreciated how responsive and helpful the team was when we ran into a payment issue. Our stay at Hotel Okash was very pleasant, with a clean, comfortable, well-kept room. The whole experience felt smooth and reassuring, and we’d definitely recommend the hotel.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and there’s ample parking and security. They have conference facilities on hand too. This is a budget-friendly halal hotel that doesn’t serve alcohol at all. Service and food are excellent, and the coffee and pastries are truly exceptional. Staff could use training to improve how they deliver service.

We landed in Nairobi and stayed one night at Okash. Titus arranged our pick-up, and driver John made the ride to the hotel easy. The room was clean and roomy, and breakfast was good. Okash also sorted out our transfer to Arusha, Tanzania, and back. Everything ran smoothly, so thanks to Titus and John for handling it. A good place to stop over in Nairobi.
