The service was poor. The staff either didn't seem to know their jobs or didn't care, and this wasn't worth the money. The bed was uncomfortable, the bedding didn't smell fresh, and the sheets were discoloured. The rooms felt below standard and stuffy, as if they weren't cleaned daily. The slippers were filthy, like something from a stinking keg den. Outside, the place looks clean, but mosquitoes still bite even with the lights on. There were far too many of them, and I can't understand how they got through the nets. Please do something about that. Good from a distance, but disappointing up close. Such a shame for a place with this name.

The staff are friendly and cheerful, especially the man at the bar counter, who is always smiling and really lifts the mood. The rooms aren't all the same size, and the bedding isn't uniform. It's also hard to use the TV because there are no remotes in the rooms.

It's clean and pleasant, but the mosquitoes still bite even when the lights are on. There are so many, and somehow they get through the nets. Please sort this out, it's really disturbing.

The room was huge, with a king size bed and really comfortable beds and linen. The amenities were fine, including Wi-Fi and a plasma television, and I liked the gorgeous art on the walls. The lobby has a glamorous look, with shiny wall artwork and polished floors. The receptionist was very warm and courteous.
