The rooms were spotless, and breakfast was worth getting up for. Amazing stay, with terrific service.

Even in one of Nairobi's busiest areas, the staff and security officers were so friendly and helpful that they made my stay a real delight. The hotel delivers exceptional service. Thank you so much!

It's good for the price, and I managed to check in after midnight because a woman was at the desk. Before I arrived, though, they didn't respond to calls or messages at all. There was lots of music from the bars at night; I could sleep with earplugs, but the street prayers on loudspeakers at 5 a.m. were extremely loud and still came through them. If you're a light sleeper, this place may not suit you. The bed looked clean, but lying on it, I kept feeling dust in my mouth and eyes.

I brought my family here a couple of months ago and regretted it. The place has gone downhill in every way. It used to be great despite being downtown, hectic, and noisy. Look elsewhere if you don't want to be disappointed.
