The only reason I stayed was that the hotel was close to where I needed to be. The rates felt ridiculous for the service. The room was run down, the bathroom extremely dirty, and there was barely any warm shower water. The toilet wouldn't flush properly or the basin had no water, lights didn't work, and there were mosquitos. The bathroom windows were see-through, so I had to cover them with paper. Staff kindly moved me to a better room, but that still had plenty of problems.

Park place Hotel would make a great holiday spot for anyone. The food was great with lots of choices, and they had entertainment for adults and children. The staff were wonderful, with great customer service and always ready to help. Keep it up.

The staff are friendly, but the room facilities, towels, and washrooms are very poor, below par compared with other hotels. They charge twice as much as nearby resorts, and it's not worth it.

The standout was the five-star hospitality from everyone, from reception and dining to room service and cleaning. Staff were professional, friendly, and well equipped for their jobs. Park place was welcoming overall, with spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and an easily accessible, serene, quiet setting. Thank you, Park Place.
