Do not stay here. The place is dirty, run down, and the building is cracking and falling apart. When I was there, the power was out because they hadn’t paid the bill. There was no generator, and the manager never came to help. He hung up on me, didn’t apologize for the poor service, and later ignored my request for a full refund after I checked out the next day. It was supposed to be a weeklong stay, but I left after one night and still haven’t had a response or refund since September. The manager isn’t on site, and the team seems afraid of him. I saw that most beds were broken, and the advertised services weren’t available. There are over 60 rooms, but only four guests when I was there. The Google Maps videos and images are old and doctored to make the place look good. It’s not even a one-star hotel. Choose somewhere else, you’ll be glad you did.

The buffet was a frustrating experience, even though there were only ten of us. Food arrived late, and staff cleared our plates before we were done. We had to hunt around whenever we needed another plate, and after repeatedly asking for napkins, we ended up taking them from other tables ourselves. There wasn’t a waitress on hand, so we kept going back to the hotel to call someone. Really poor service.

It’s in a great spot near a major road, but there were no lights. The place also needs repainting or general maintenance.

We waited a long time for service, and they were out of several drinks, even water. The toilets weren’t clean either. The food needs work, especially the soups: we asked for butternut soup and got plain, salty pumpkin soup instead.

The trees and grounds were a lovely surprise when we arrived, and the exterior was beautiful. We were there for a conference for a few days. The food was nice, everything was clean, and we had hot water. Drinking water was brought to our room every day, and the staff were really kind and helpful. I did have to remind the cleaning ladies to bring back my foot towel, though.
