Red Buffalo House Hotel

I travel about 20 times a year, and this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The location felt awful and dangerous, the staff were rude, breakfast was late and poor, and room service was horrible. There was almost no washroom, and it was extremely noisy. Even one star feels like too much.

The customer service was super, and the place was clean and in a great location. I highly recommend it!

A nice private hideout, though they really need to make the parking area bigger.

The breakfast, which was delicious and natural and included in the stay, was the best part. The manager apologized the next morning, and we may simply have had bad luck. Getting there was surprisingly hard, and check-in wasn't straightforward either. We couldn't find reception and had to go to the bar to get someone to help. We arrived at 9 pm, but the room wasn't ready, so we waited 30 minutes. When they finally gave us the room, the floor was still wet from mopping. People talked in the alley, making it impossible to sleep. There was also a water pump problem or something, and only boiling hot water came out, so I couldn't shower and barely slept.
