Sakinas Luxury Suites

The lobby is lovely, the rooms are roomy, and the staff came across as nice. For the price, arriving there felt welcoming. But the problems started piling up fast. The pool was closed when we asked about using it, and after seeing how filthy it was, that made sense. It looked like you'd have to get through a layer of grime before reaching the water. Ordering from the menu was a bit of a running joke too, since they seemed more likely not to have what we asked for. Our door was also really difficult to shut. On the first night we found dirty marks on the sheets and towels. They changed them when we complained, but this shouldn't have been something we had to ask for. The bathroom floor felt unclean, and there was a snail in the shower. I wouldn't stay again.
