We especially liked having the garden and outdoor pool, plus the indoor sauna and steam bath for unwinding after a museum visit or safari. The hotel is also well placed for getting to museums with a short Uber ride. The restaurants serve a good buffet breakfast, and our room was tidy with comfortable bedding. It wasn’t as spacious as we expected, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our visit and recommend it.

The food, amenities, services, and shopping were all great. Grace at the shop was professional and patient, always serving with a smile. Even when she said there was no discount, she did it with a smile, and we ended up buying quite a lot. Thank you.

The security at the entrance gave us real peace of mind, and the food was excellent. My daughter had the best lobster she’s ever tasted and is still talking about it. Every meal was delicious and nicely presented. Our rooms were clean, modern, and beautiful, with fresh, crisp bedding that made for restful sleep. Irene at reception deserves a special thank you for making us feel so well looked after. Every staff member we met was kind, attentive, and welcoming. We spent Friday to Sunday at Sarova Panafric Hotel with the children, and the stay exceeded our expectations. We felt relaxed and cared for, and we’ll definitely be back.

Tabitha at reception looked after us so well, and all the staff were wonderful. We had a lovely few days at the sarova panafric. The rooms were comfortable and peaceful, the location made it easy to get around Nairobi, and breakfast was excellent. Asante sana.

The meals were delicious and the service was top notch. I felt welcome from the moment the security team greeted me at the gate and all the way through to reception. The hotel is well maintained and felt like a breath of fresh air. Getting there in the evening was very convenient for me, which was a big plus. I enjoyed the whole dinner experience and am looking forward to returning for a stay so I can experience the hotel more fully.
