Serene Valley Apartments is tucked away enough in Upper Hill to feel peaceful, while still being near Nairobi's central business district. The views over the greenery and skyline add to that calm feeling. The location is also handy for major roads, shopping centers, and restaurants. The apartments are bright, spacious, and well maintained, with stylish modern architecture and high-quality finishes. Residents also have a well-equipped gym, a pool, and 24-hour security. Management is professional and responsive, and makes sure residents feel safe and cared for. It's a desirable choice for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and convenience in Nairobi.

The place feels clean and well ventilated, and the decor gives a sense of wellness as soon as you see it. It's quiet, with a welcoming reception all the way from the security gate to the spa. The guards check identification documents when you arrive at the entrance, so security is clearly maintained.

From the welcome through to the steam room and gentle massage, the whole experience was on another level. I couldn't have asked for more. I've decided to make it a monthly treat. A little self-love is worth it.

For my first spa visit, I had no regrets choosing Serene Valley Spa for my birthday treat. The customer service was excellent and professional, and everything was kept very clean with close attention to detail. The facial products were gentle on my skin. I'll definitely be back soon.

Our CEO Christine had a lovely afternoon of complete peace and relaxation at Serene Valley Spa. The masseuse was great, with hands that were firm yet gentle. The ambience was lovely too. Every mum deserves a little time for herself, and if a massage is what you're after, this is a great place.
