My only concern is the way the animals are kept. The rabbits have very little space and sustenance, while the snakes are in enclosures that are nothing like their natural habitat, with just grass, rocks, and branches. The lions' enclosures are awful too. They look depressed, with no enrichment. Some animals are kept alone in small enclosures, including one monkey and one hyena. I could go on about the birds and the other enclosures. Completely unacceptable.

We had a lovely family outing, and the playground was a good deal for the kids. The staff there were attentive and resourceful. Even with so many people around, service was quick, which we appreciated. The food was the one letdown and didn't meet our expectations, but we still left satisfied. A fun, relaxing place for families to spend time together.

Stedmak Gardens And Recreation Centre has a heated swimming pool, plus a garden, picnic area, and concierge services. Free self parking is available. They also offer an airport shuttle around the clock and an area shuttle, both for a fee.

The complex has some great activities and plenty of potential. Captain Sheilah and the team gave excellent service today despite the numbers. Thanks a lot, keep it up.

We've been coming here regularly during the school holidays, but this has happened three times now. I sent the nanny with the children to the play area, and when they got hungry, they tried to order food. They waited 1.5 hours while newer customers had their orders taken and delivered. Then the lady came back and said they don't serve food there. The one time food did arrive, they'd already called an Uber to leave after waiting too long. Please treat all your customers fairly. We deserve respect and the same service too. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
