The hotel was a night-and-day improvement over the Boma Inn. The rooms were modern, spotless and lovely, breakfast was fabulous, and dinner at the other restaurant was lovely and very good value. We'd stay here again, but not at the Inn next door. We'd first stayed at the Boma Inn, which was okay, though our friends' rooms were dirty and had cockroaches. We paid extra to move up to the hotel.

The staff were courteous and attentive the whole time, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The food was delicious too. The Boma Nairobi gave me a wonderful stay, with genuine hospitality and quality throughout, and exceeded my expectations.

We had an amazing time at the Christmas brunch. The only snag was at the buffet: some things, including ice cream, ran out and weren't replaced. When I went for choma, the chef wasn't at the station, and I waited nearly 10 minutes. When he came back, I was told to go inside for plates because there weren't any in that section. I hope they sort these issues out, especially keeping plates available at all buffet areas. The staff were very attentive otherwise, and kudos to our waiter Amos and Chef Peter. We had a wonderful experience.

I enjoyed being here so much I didn't feel like leaving the hotel. It reminded me a lot of Eko hotel Lagos, but the price was more affordable, lol.

The food at our Christmas lunch at The Boma Hotel was superb, full of flavor, beautifully presented and expertly prepared. The elegant, welcoming festive atmosphere and impeccable service made the meal feel memorable. Every detail showed real hospitality and care. An outstanding Christmas lunch, highly recommended.
