The bathroom could use a renovation. Otherwise, things were quite nice. My room looked straight at another hotel wing just two meters away, so it felt like the window opened onto a wall. I'd suggest asking for a room with a view and better airflow.

I was really ill after more than 30 hours of travel when I arrived at 8 a.m., well before check-in. The front desk let me into a room right away, helped with my bags and the air conditioning, then called twice later to see whether I was feeling better. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was nice and spotless, and so was the rest of the hotel. Thank you for such a lovely stay and a wonderful first impression of Kenya. :)

Set in a calm, pleasant spot along Jakaya Kikwete Road, this was a really nice experience. I enjoyed my time here, and the food was good. The staff were friendly and provided nice service. I'd recommend coming by.

The hotel is in a good location, though there isn't a supermarket nearby. We had trouble with the electricity and the air conditioning, and both took a long time to fix. Requests to reception also needed lots of waiting and reminders. Room upkeep and service need to improve. It could be worth choosing if you find a good deal, but I'd avoid it at a high price.
