The Ivory Hotel, Nairobi is quiet, clean, well located, and good value for money. I'd recommend it anytime. The team provided exceptional care, especially Derrick Omondi, Peter Lumbasi(front desk), Angela and Duncan (restaurant), the daytime security and housekeepers, and the team leader. Keep up the good work! 👏👏

The staff were very helpful, and the hotel provides secure off-street parking, which is a bonus. It's close to Westland facilities, including the mall, hospital, and restaurants, so it works well for a short break or weekend away.

I felt at home during my six-day stay at the Ivory hotel at Nairobi. Herbert, Peter, and Angela deserve special thanks for making me feel welcome. The staff throughout the property were courteous, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, clean, and well maintained, and I found it good value. I'd gladly return on my next trip to Nairobi.

The breakfast was the one part I wasn't keen on, and I think they could add more buffet choices. Even so, you get your money's worth. I stayed two nights, and the hotel is especially suitable for solo travelers. It's affordable, in a great Parklands location, and has a comfortable airport shuttle. The staff were friendly, especially Peter Lumbasi and Moses at reception. I highly recommend it, especially since I'll get a discount on my next stay. 😃

We had around 35-40 guests at this charming mid-sized Nairobi hotel for a wedding, and I had a wonderful stay. It was just a short walk from my sister's house. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, especially Peter and his team. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, and Angela in the breakfast area was so personable. She was always happy to make potatoe paratha and masala chai. Their kindness and attention made me feel at home, and I'd gladly stay again on my next visit.
