The restaurant has delicious food at good prices, but the rooms need renovating.

The room smelled bad, and the reception staff were really rude 😒 You can do better.

The meals are always fresh 👍, but the cleanliness and service need attention. Please repair things that need fixing, especially the toilets, and replace the blankets with washable mattress protectors 🤮. With so many guests coming through, fumigate every two weeks instead of monthly to help avoid bedbugs 😡, wash the mosquito nets more often, and change the duvet covers for each new client rather than waiting three days 😱. Receptionists and security guards also need training on how to speak with guests and build loyalty.

I needed somewhere inexpensive to rest and shower after an overnight bus ride, with a long wait before my flight, and this hotel beside the bus station worked well for that. Just keep an eye on your belongings, since the area isn't great.

I always come back here when I'm travelling to or from Nairobi. It's a handy bed and breakfast stop if you're taking a bus to Mombasa, Rwanda, Uganda, and so on, and I really like the breakfast menu.
