It's in a calm, peaceful spot near the highway, so it's easy to find. The service is top notch. I'd recommend going 😌🫰

The rooms were nice, and the hotel is right by the Nairobi Nakuru highway. But a church next door had a loud kesha on the day we visited, so we barely slept.

The service has really gone downhill over the years. Be prepared to practically beg for things if you go there.

I had a good stay, especially because of the rooms. The deluxe option is private, and the service team was on point. The receptionist deserves five stars. The food was okay, chicken and fries, but the portions need work. Looking forward to coming back.

The quiet location was the best part for me. It's cool and calm, with little noise, and I liked where the hotel is. The food, though, left us hungry. It was cold and had no salt. In the morning I asked for breakfast, but was told beacon was sold and not available for breakfast. Some workers seem poorly trained. The woman answering calls in the kitchen kept laughing and joking instead of taking the food orders being given.
