The receptionist, Anne, tried hard to handle things, but the decisions were beyond what she could do. The manager was no help and came across as unprofessional. He didn't ask about our experience or try to improve it. Instead, he kept repeating that we'd have to cover the cost of another room and gave what seemed like a made-up story about calling management. Isn't he management himself? Most of the showers apparently don't work. When we asked to move, they said they'd need to make up for the cost of another room. I wondered if they were trying to charge us twice while keeping one room off the books. After more than three hours, they finally called someone they said was the director, who told them to give us a key to a room just for showering while we kept our original room for sleeping. Breakfast wasn't worth much either. We asked for omelettes and got salty fried eggs folded in half. They didn't ask what we wanted to drink, just brought mango juice and acted as if there was nothing else. The place is easy to see from the road, but appearances can be deceiving. For your own peace of mind, stay somewhere else or drive on to your next destination.
