The service was great during my two weeks there, and the staff were really flexible about the different things I needed. Everything worked well, with clean, tidy rooms and a good breakfast. For what I paid, especially compared with similar prices elsewhere in Kenya, I thought it was an excellent hotel. It’s also well placed for a walk to shops, restaurants, and other amenities in town. Weekends could get a little noisy at night.

The food was fresh and delicious, cooked to order and served at times that worked for us. We also found the staff professional and the service top notch. Roza guest house is close to the town centre, and its rooms are spacious, clean, and very well maintained.

The room was really spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The customer service was caring and kind. I also watched a football match on the television. The shower was much too hot for an ordinary bath and needs regulating.
