The stay was nice, and the customer service was good. Breakfast would be better served in a modern buffet style. The tablecloths and reception seat colors feel dull when you walk in, so they should switch to brighter colors. The Wi-Fi is very slow, and my room’s toilet tank cover was made of wood.

It’s a quiet place, and the rooms are well maintained. They should improve customer service and Wi-Fi connectivity, and move to a more modern buffet breakfast.

The staff were very polite and showed hospitality, but I got the impression they felt intimidated and frustrated by an uncooperative management. Management seemed too focused on money instead of reaching out to customers. One couple who had booked a room asked for another 500ml bottle of drinking water and were told to buy it. The bathroom also needs attention: the water was either too hot or the cold water wouldn’t run. Please check the bathrooms and renovate the windows too. It was a great stay in some ways, and I hope things improve enough to reach five stars.

The place is very secure, and my luggage stayed safe, which mattered a lot to me. After long days of travel, I always found my room clean, and all the staff were amazing. The food, especially the fish, was great. I’ve found my spot whenever I’m in Nakuru. Go Alpine!

There’s a nice balance of elegance and simplicity here. The rooms are well maintained, and the building has security. There’s also a security guard in the parking area, so your car is safe. The restaurant works well for couples as well as groups.
