I hated this hotel and probably won't go back. I hoped to enjoy the holidays with ky family, but I was wrong.

The staff were all super friendly and welcoming, and they made the stay so much better. The women were especially warm. A special thank you to Mercy, Mary, and Ursula at reception, Joyce and Lineth in housecleaning, and Betty at security. Thank you!
