I slept well in a clean, comfortable, and quiet room, and the service was smooth from arrival to departure. The staff at Hillcourt Resort & Spa were friendly and welcoming. I especially enjoyed relaxing at the spa and pool. The food was well prepared, and the resort has a calm feel even though it’s close to town. It’s a great Nakuru stay for business or leisure. I’d recommend it and come back.

The housekeeping lady was so kind. She did my laundry and even folded it. Breakfast was great, and I enjoyed the bar, gym, and a deep tissue massage. This is probably the best place I’ve stayed in Nakuru. I highly recommend it and will be back. Thanks, everyone.

The rooms were a little dated, but they were clean, and room service was top notch. Chef Paul oversaw food that was very well prepared. The facility is older, but the staff are its real strength. I had no bad experiences with them; everyone worked extra hard and went above and beyond to make my stay great. It was the best service I received anywhere in Kenya. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s one of Kenya’s best managed resorts.
