Our first family room was terrible, but after we complained a few times, they moved us to a better one. The service was great. The street around the location felt a bit unsafe, and the food wasn't at the level we'd expected.

I really enjoyed the waterpark, and it was well kept. The rooms were roomy and clean, and the food was delicious. Best experience ever.

The food was very poor, and the pool was both really dirty and far too expensive. My family and I had a terrible stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, 0/10.

The kids had so much fun when we came as a family. It was clean and well maintained too. I highly recommend it for kids.

The kids' water slides are good, and the menu is Indian, though they can make local food if you order it. I was disappointed when a Kenyan tea pot listed at 200/- on the 'a la carte menu' ended up costing 400/-. Their menu prices don't seem to match what they actually charge.
