It felt like a home away from home. The rooms were airy, very clean, and had fresh bedding, plus a TV with good channels in each one. I could call room service from the phone in my room. The food was tasty, and the chefs clearly knew what they were doing. Really good service.

I wasn't happy with the service. The breakfast was very average, and there was no bathroom mirror. We had to call to get towels in the morning. The lift wasn't working, so we had to use the stairs to the 7th floor.

I booked a stay here for my dad, and he really enjoyed it. It's peaceful, the rooms are very clean, and the food is delicious and made to order. He was made to feel welcome, and the place felt safe. We'll definitely come again.

The price was the surprise: Kshs 3,000 for all this felt like great value. Hotel Marvin has spotless rooms, clean bedding, white sheets and towels, and the rooms have TVs and hot showers. Breakfast is generous, with cereals, matoke, eggs, sausages, fruit, and fresh juices.
