Friendly staff, but the breakfast area is too small. In the morning, guests were walking around with breakfast in their hands trying to find somewhere to sit. The shower water was only lukewarm, which made for an uncomfortable morning.

2/10
The staff’s attitude was unpleasant, and basic requests were frustrating. When I asked for a kettle, they refused, and each time I requested toothpaste, I was told it wasn’t available. The hotel’s hygiene is very poor. The bedding was uncomfortable, there was no hairdryer, and even basic disposable items like toothpaste and toothbrushes weren’t provided.

The rooms and conference areas are clean, warm, well lit, and organised. Customer service is top notch.

I spent six days here and found the rooms clean and well maintained. The staff were very polite, and the customer service was excellent. Breakfast was the best part, with lots of choices and food served fresh and hot. Highly recommend.
