Most of the staff respond negatively to requests or corrections. It feels like they don't care about food allergies or intolerances. A sue will will wake them up onetime.

Diana's attitude toward customers wasn't good. She frustrated us as a group and should work on her PR. The rest of the staff are amazing.

It's a warm, peaceful place where I can unwind, relax, and get work done. They make food to order, and the service is great. There are rooms and cottages, plus a swimming pool and grounds for team building activities and games. I love visiting, even if it's just for coffee. I haven't stayed in the rooms, so it wouldn't be fair to give a 5 🤭.
