I hated this hotel and probably won't go back. I hoped to enjoy the holidays with ky family, but I was wrong.

The staff were all super friendly and welcoming, and they made the stay so much better. The women were especially warm. A special thank you to Mercy, Mary, and Ursula at reception, Joyce and Lineth in housecleaning, and Betty at security. Thank you!

The Indian food was so delicious, and the portions were good. I had a great client experience from reception through room service and the hotel. Keep up the excellent service.
