I had a good stay and would come back. The street is fairly quiet, and the rooms are spacious, clean, airy, and cosy. Staff were courteous and quick to respond, and breakfast was okay. A few things could be better: the wardrobe is open, the table is so narrow that I had to squeeze things together when I ordered tea in my room, and the narrow staircase has uneven steps that can feel disorienting.

I returned in November 24, two years after my first visit, and the rooms still look new and are very well maintained. They all have smart TVs. The staff gave excellent service, especially Rueben, the waiter, and the food came in generous portions and was delicious. Highly recommend!

It’s quiet here, just right when I need a break from the demands of travel and work. The place is pocket friendly, and the cleanliness is way up there. The staff are excellent, warm and welcoming as well as very professional and responsive. This is my home when I’m in Nakuru City.

Mary and her team stayed up to welcome our group of 21, even though we checked in at 3am. They were so helpful and cheerful, and the chef made us sumptuous meals. Thank you to the staff of Waffles Suites for such excellent service.
