The service and location were both fantastic, and the whole experience was a 10 out of 10. My husband and I agreed it went beyond what we expected. They turned a bucket-list dream into something real and gave me beautiful memories. The service here was exceptional. I'd recommend this resort to anyone hoping to see Kenya and enjoy a really special safari.

The setting is peaceful and beautiful, and it's a lovely place to unwind. The food has plenty of choice and is very well prepared, so every meal felt like something to look forward to. We've returned to Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club many times over the years. The service stays consistently outstanding, with warm, attentive staff who make you feel cared for from the moment you arrive. Each visit has been as memorable as the last, and we always leave keen to come back again.

We came for a wedding, and the whole experience felt magical. Waking up to the view of Mount Kenya was breathtaking. The place has a romantic, historic feel, mixing colonial charm with modern luxury. The service was refined and impeccable, from the warm welcome with colobus’ on the rooftops to staff making each guest feel special. Evenings get quite chilly, so bring warm clothes. The indoor crackling fireplaces and hot water bottles in the rooms were a lovely extra.

We chose a holiday in Kenya instead of Dubai or Mauritius, and I'm glad we did. We spent two nights here and had a wonderful stay that felt good value for money. The property is lush and green, with both natural areas and well-kept grounds, and it's been upgraded and maintained to a very high standard. Hospitality was spot on. Ask for something and they sort it out: the phone was answered in half a ring, and our request was handled in under five minutes. The leader on the ground seems to know exactly what matters to guests. The restaurant layout on Christmas Eve and the buffet spread were amazing. I hope they keep up these standards. Kudos to the team!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is laid out comfortably, and everyone on staff was more than welcoming. The surprise anniversary room setup, cake slice, and decorations were wonderful. We'll definitely return, next time with the kids.
