Falcon Heights Hotel

The greenery and gardens around the hotel are beautiful and very well maintained, and the location is amazing. It's the most beautiful hotel I've stayed in. The place is spotless and the customer service is great. Breakfast and dinner are included, with a wide choice of food that's made to order and served hot and fresh. It tastes so good.

We were welcomed warmly at the gate and spa, and the masseuse did an excellent job. There was only one masseuse on shift, so my friend and I went one after the other. While I waited, my friend ate at the restaurant and had a friendly waitress. After my massage, I joined her as she finished her meal, and we took a few photos. Then that same waitress told us photos weren't allowed in the restaurant and said "the boss was watching on CCTV". There were no signs about a photo rule, and we were taking pictures of ourselves, not the restaurant. We complained at reception and asked to speak to the manager or boss, but were told they weren't on-site and were monitoring us remotely 😆. Is there a restaurant code of conduct? If so, why isn't it displayed for guests? Was the boss watching in the massage room too? Is there a certain amount guests are expected to spend before they can fully enjoy their stay? I didn't come here to be surveilled or treated with indignity. Guests deserve transparency, respect, and dignity.

The place is quiet and peaceful, away from the main highway in nanyuki, and you can stargaze at night. It's super cold, though, so keep that in mind. The rooms are neat, the service is top notch, and I really enjoyed my experience here. I can't think of a negative reason to give it.

I booked a stay at Falcon Heights hotel for my mum's birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The peaceful ambience, top-tier food, and wonderful staff made it special. The team gave her complimentary amenities and made her feel right at home. Peninah took great care of her, Darryl helped her figure out the TV, and Sheila and Ruth at the restaurant made sure she was well catered for. Berina &Sharon also made things easy and quick for me while I was booking from abroad. Everyone was lovely, kind, polite, mindful, and always smiling. Thank you to the whole team for making my mum's birthday so special, I'm truly grateful! We'll definitely return time and again.
