I usually don't leave reviews, but this was bad enough to write one. A friend and I stayed one night in two rooms, and neither had been cleaned after the previous guests, even though we arrived hours after checkout. There was dirty bedding, hair in the shower, and rubbish still in the bathroom bin. The front of house staff and manager couldn't be found, weren't even on site, and couldn't be reached by phone. The lovely waiting staff and Askari did their best to sort things out, thank you guys. Fresh sheets eventually arrived, and we got a small discount, not a refund. For the price, I'm still shocked by what happened and by the manager's attitude. Room 6's bathroom was very mouldy and smelled damp. Everything felt run down and uncared for. I don't think we'll be back any time soon.

The beds were very comfortable, but the bathroom sink had no running cold water. The TV didn't receive any channels, and the restaurant was never open on time for breakfast.

The ambience was great, and the food was amazing. The steak, moussaka, and Diavola pizza were especially good. I was disappointed that they wouldn't cancel a dish even though I asked within five minutes of ordering. They said cancelling an order was difficult. Otherwise, I would have given five stars.

The rooms are lovely, and there's a nice outdoor seating area and a small pool. The location is great, but sadly the food has gone downhill. The pizzas are very thin and much too salty.

I booked a double room in November for a wedding I was attending in February, then had to cancel for personal reasons months in advance. Their refund policy says I'm eligible for a refund, but they're not giving me one. I've contacted them every day for the past few months and they keep delaying their response. Avoid at all costs.
