They even let me bring my cat, which I really appreciated. It’s a peaceful spot with a nice breeze, and the rooms and bedding were clean and cosy. The staff were kind and welcoming, and I had a great experience with them. I enjoyed the food too, the chef did a top-notch job.

I liked the room, and the bed was comfortable with clean linens. The bathroom was clean too. It could use an update, though it seemed much like bathrooms at other places.

The room key was flimsy, and mine broke while I was trying to open the door. I'd suggest replacing them with sturdy metal keys. Also, the food choices weren't geared toward Muslim guests looking for halal options, for example, chicken sausages. Please look into that. Outside the town shrine, the surroundings were peaceful, and the staff were great and courteous.

Dinner was a mixed bag: the fish and lentils tasted good, while the chicken and beef weren't great in taste or texture. The rooms were clean and the staff attentive. Hot water took a while to come through, and breakfast service ran late enough that we set off late for our safari on one of the two days.
