The gardens are lush and the waterfall views are beautiful, it felt almost like being in another world. Our family spent five days at Panari Resort Nyahururu, arriving on 29th December and checking out on the 3rd. It was a wonderful, peaceful stay. The resort was very clean, and we even had a chance to spot elephants across the fence on the property. We had booked two villas but used just one, since there were four adults and four children. The three-bedroom villas are very spacious, and one can fit two couples and up to four young children, around 9 years and below. This option isn't clearly listed on Booking.com, so call the resort directly to arrange it. There may be a small extra fee, but it's much less than paying for another whole villa. Each has three ensuite bedrooms with large beds, plus a kitchen and lounge area, which worked well for our family. The children's play area was well maintained and thoughtfully managed. Staff were there to keep the toddlers occupied and entertained. New Year's Eve was a highlight too. The fireworks were spectacular, and the lively countdown celebrations were unforgettable. I literally lost my voice screaming!

The main bedroom door let in a draft, but everything else was awesome. They lit a fire in the room and brought hot water bottles, and the facilities were modern and working. The food was great too. The chef was especially amazing, checking in with guests individually and making sure the kids had food they could eat and enjoy. He's a gem! I'd recommend the hotel to anyone travelling.

The views are beautiful, with fresh air that feels especially good with Thomson’s Falls nearby. I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were comfortable and the surroundings peaceful, a great setting for a relaxing getaway. Service did run a bit slow at times, especially when it was busy. Nothing too serious, but there's room for improvement.

During the X-Mas Holidays, the main restaurant only had buffet service and refused special orders, saying they couldn't handle them at that time. I was surprised by how disorganized a 5 star hotel was.

The rooms are spacious, and with Thompson falls in the background the place feels very relaxing. Beautiful setting and amazing staff. I'd recommend it for a relaxing holiday with the whole family.
