The room had plenty of space, and the warm decor made it a great place to stay. I liked the restaurant service. I ordered pilau, and since I'm from the Coast, well... lots of meat, though! The location is okay, right beside a main road, so it was kind of noisy for a while into the evening. At least it's not like some places in Nairobi where people just don't shut down and sleep. It also felt very safe, with a bank next door and two supermarkets right across.

The place needs serious work. The toilets, shower head, and dustbin were broken, and the pillows were old and hard. There were mosquitoes, but no nets, and they didn't even provide a complimentary bottle of water. I wouldn't recommend it.

It's easy to get around from here since it's right in town, with supermarkets and other useful amenities across the road. The rooms are quiet, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Food is affordable and the accommodation is decent, especially if you're on a budget.

Though it's right in the heart of Nyahururu Town, it doesn't feel welcoming to business travelers who want to work while dining. They discourage that, sticking to an old-fashioned dine-and-leave approach, and customer care is minimal. 😒

The food and service were top notch, and the rooms were tidy, fairly priced, warm and cosy. Even with all the rainy, chilly weather, it was so quiet you couldn't hear a sound from the clubs inside. I loved the peaceful feel and the great nighttime view, especially with the hotel right in the town centre. At one point the owner served me himself, and he was very humble. I'd recommend it to anyone, families included. Thank you, Spanish.. 🔥 🔥
