The apartments have enough space and a balcony, and the outdoor seating area was nice to use. It’s a clean, tidy place with what you need for a short stay. We enjoyed our visit, and the car wash service was appreciated too. They could improve things by providing shower gel and a bathroom floor rug.

The balcony has wonderful views, and the place is quiet, only a few kilometres from Nyeri town. The rooms feel like Airbnb-style apartments, roomy enough for a family and stocked with basic household items for cooking your own meals. It can get very cold, but there are plenty of blankets and a fireplace where you can sit with a drink or hot tea or chocolate at night. Meals are freshly made, and breakfast is personalized, so allow time after ordering. The service was impeccable, and the host was friendly and quick to respond. They also wash your car free every morning. I’d come back in a warmer season.

I stayed here with a member earlier this year, and we both felt at home. It’s a quiet, homely retreat with lovely gardens and scenery, even though it’s very close to Nyeri CBD. The staff and breakfast were excellent.

The location and space are beautiful, and the staff are attentive and efficient. They even wash your car in the morning. I’d definitely stay here again.
