The family-friendly surroundings and nice ambience give this place a lot of promise, but the service team lets it down. Food takes a long time, and the reservation staff seem more interested in playing games than helping. If you bring up a problem, they may ignore you or respond arrogantly. The kitchen needs to speed up and the staff culture needs work before the setting alone makes a visit worthwhile.

I had lunch here with my family. The food was nice, but getting it and the drinks took far too long. They could improve efficiency by bringing drinks out promptly and taking food straight from the kitchen to the table.

The place has a lovely atmosphere and is kid-friendly, and the food itself is nice. But the service was so disappointing, and we waited a long time for our meal. The reservation team was the worst part: when I raised a concern, they played games, ignored me, or didn’t show that anyone was trying to sort it out. They came across as arrogant too.

Asyana Gardens has a pleasant setting and a good vibe, but the food and prices let it down. My chicken burger was badly made and didn’t taste good, and the milkshake cost far too much for the small amount served.

The kids have good games and grounds to enjoy, and it’s a very nice, family-friendly place. I’d just ask them to address the teenagers who come to idle there. Some of their behavior isn’t a good example for children. Thanks, and keep it up.
