The food wasn't fresh, and they wouldn't take responsibility for it.

After a busy day, I really enjoy how quiet it is here. It's a good, calm place to spend an evening, and it's becoming popular, so they may need more parking. The place is clean, and I like the service too. The waiters are polite and quick.

The hallway is decorated with art of Famous grouses, and the hotel itself is amazing. The food and service felt like those at a 10 star hotel. I especially loved the hot coffee with Samosa's, just right for a tete-a-tete. I'd happily have that again any day.

Service was okay, but the food was poorly cooked and swimming in oil. I ordered meat and got mostly fat and bones, both small and big. It was really annoying, and I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone.

The seating arrangement is excellent, and the hotel feels cosy. Its central Ruiru CBD location is convenient, directly across from the public vehicles terminus and next to Family Bank Ruiru branch. Service is a bit slow, though. It takes a while for waiters to come over, then another 20 minutes for an order, even something as simple as Dawa.
