The attention to detail was lovely, and the greeting, "Siaya welcomes you," felt heartfelt. The staff were so helpful and I loved my stay. I'll definitely be back 😊😊😊

It's in a central spot, with modern facilities and clean rooms. The ambience is calm and stylish, and the staff are friendly. Prices run above average and are close to costly, though I found the experience rewarding.

The room was comfortable and well equipped, and breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. When we arrived late, the staff still prepared supper for us. They also arranged a reliable cab to our final destination, which was a big help. Everything was well maintained, from reception to the room, and getting to the hotel was easy. Even before we arrived, staff answered my questions promptly and helpfully, making the whole process smooth and stress free. I had an exceptional stay in Siaya, and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, 100%.
