Not somewhere I’d call very nice, but it works for a quick refresh while you’re on the go.

The rooms smell, and the showers are too hot with no way to adjust them. Worst is the TV, permanently stuck on supersport showing premier league. Who says all of us watch football? hata weka tu citizen. The TV experience is awful, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

I can’t recommend this hotel. The showers are too hot, with no controls for either cold or hot water. Restaurant service is also awful. The waitress takes ages to serve customers and is very rude, speaking disrespectfully. I mean especially the slender lady wearing spectacles. Management, please address this. It’s a nice hotel, but the staff you’ve hired let it down.

The rooms are good, and it’s a nice place to get drinks or stay with friends and colleagues. Bar service is very slow, though. They need to add more waiters.

The service was absolutely terrible.
