Azure Mara Haven

Millie at the restaurant deserves a special mention. She was friendly, attentive, and seemed to understand what each guest needed, which made us feel especially well looked after. The meals were delicious, and our room was comfortable and roomy. The whole team was welcoming and the service was top-notch. We had a wonderful stay at Pride Inn Mara and would happily recommend it.

The safari drive and hot air balloon sites are extremely close, and the location was fantastic for our two-night stay. Our room was spacious, with an excellent mattress and shower water that got hot quickly. There was no heating or cooling, though, so after a warm day the room can feel hot. The front desk team were friendly and accommodating. Restaurant service was much slower: drinks took a long time, and staff were hard to find. The buffet was very average, and quite a bit of the food wasn't at the temperature you'd expect.

The people here were lovely, friendly, humble, and helpful. Anderson, Promise, Merry, Ambani, and the cook were especially kind. The rooms were clean and up to date, and the service at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was excellent. A very nice place to stay, and I'd recommend it.

We spent three days and two nights at PrideInn Mara, and it was relaxing and memorable. The buffet food was good at every meal, and our game drives with Alfred were great. He's knowledgeable and clearly an expert in his field. The setting is inside the park, with lots of animals around, including baboons, black-faced monkeys, mongoose, and many kinds of birds. Our cottage had everything we needed: comfortable beds, a great shower, and a nice terrace. The staff were some of the kindest, friendliest people we've met. Edison, Brenda, and our guide and driver Alfred helped us throughout the stay and made us feel like friends. Their kindness meant a lot to us. Thank you, PrideInn, we'd definitely come back to see them.
