Olarro Lodge

There were so many animals on the Olarro reserve, including giraffes, zebras, cheetahs and water buffalo, and the staff also arranged exciting activities for us in nearby Masai Mara reserve. It’s a close drive. The lodge rooms are beautiful and the scenery is stunning. We had an incredible stay, felt at home thanks to the exceptional staff, and would love to return. I can’t recommend Olarro Lodge more highly.

Getting to see wildlife up close in its natural habitat was awe inspiring, and the Masai Mara setting added a special touch. Olarro Lodge is a fantastic choice for a memorable safari retreat, with luxurious rooms, beautiful plains views and attentive, top notch service. It brings comfort and nature together for an exceptional stay.

The whole experience felt like walking into a dream, and went beyond what we’d imagined. The staff, food and service all had a personal touch that made the trip feel smooth from start to finish. Every time we came through the gates, five staff members greeted us with warm smiles and fresh towels. The manager asked what time we wanted dinner as we were escorted to our rooms, then asked about our plans for the next day and made sure our requests could be arranged. Dinner was fresh and tailored to our preferences. We also had our own driver to help with every game drive, and we could go on as many drives as we wanted. We’ll never forget the stay and hope to come back one day. They recently opened a sister campus, Olarro Plains, which is even more upscale and luxurious than Olarro Lodge. Absolutely surreal.

Olarro Plains was our honeymoon safari, and it exceeded all our expectations. The scenery, meals, service and lodging were exceptional. This is definitely the way to go for seeing the Masai Mara.
