Watamu Beach Cottages B&B

The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful, and we found the price very affordable for what we got. We spent four nights as a family in a clean, comfortable two-bedroom villa. Both bedrooms had working AC and fans, and there was plenty of hot water throughout. We self-catered, and the spacious kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The children loved the clean pool during the day. Trees around the compound made it calm, cool, and relaxing, and the beach was very close. The designated viewpoints were phenomenal in the evening. Beach boys were polite and not at all harassing, so our walks were peaceful. We had a great time and would love to return.

There is plenty of parking, which made things easy. The beachfront setting gives you beautiful views and easy access to the shore. Lush greenery surrounds the well-maintained property, making it scenic and peaceful, a refreshing place to get away from everyday noise and unwind. A great choice for a comfortable, nature-filled break.

It was a quiet, peaceful stay, just a one-minute walk from the beach. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean, with AC, a fan, and mosquito nets. They were cleaned and sprayed daily. The service was excellent and the price affordable. Food and drinks were good, though the choices were limited, so we ate out a few times at Temple Point. There were monkeys around, but they were harmless and didn't approach people. We had a great experience at Watamu Beach Cottages.

We worked there every day, and the wifi was relatively good. Erick and Benjamin took great care of us and were always around, and Harriet, our cleaner, was amazing. I'd recommend the Captains Penthouse for its evening sun and great outdoor cooking area. Watamu Beach Cottages was a fantastic stay, especially for the price in Watamu. I couldn't recommend it more and would definitely come back.
