We found getting around easy enough by taxi, about 90 som to anywhere, and the hotel itself sits in a quiet area. The staff were really helpful: they shared useful information and arranged a taxi to the station for our trip to Karakol the next day. They also washed our two large bags of laundry for 300 som, ready the following day, which we appreciated. The room was huge and very clean, with a Smart TV and extremely comfortable beds. The bathroom and shower were separate, with a proper European-style setup. Check-in and check-out were both simple. Breakfast wasn’t a buffet, but it was prepared nicely in advance and had a good mix of yogurt, sweet things, and savory items.

The hosts were so friendly. When I asked where a local restaurant was, they actually drove me there. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of it. My room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and had its own bathroom. Had a great stay, thank you. Highly recommend.

We booked two nights hoping to rest for a day and plan our trip around the lake, but the internet was unusable. It worked only about 20% of the time, including two stretches of more than eight hours with no connection. The nearest shops are a long way off. The room was lovely and large, and breakfast was good. The pleasant host dealt promptly with a few minor issues.

The woman running the hotel was really friendly and always smiling. There was loads of parking right outside. Our room was massive, clean, and tidy, and breakfast was great with so much to eat.

The welcome was friendly, and things went smoothly despite the language difficulties. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at first, but they got it fixed quickly enough. Breakfast was freshly prepared and ready on time. It was a perfect experience!
