The staff were friendly and very polite, and the room got cleaned every day. They also replaced the drinking water daily. Breakfast wasn’t a huge variety, but the quality was good, with plenty of drinks and some dishes available to order for free. The room was comfortable overall, though the hot and cold water switches were mixed up and the scales had no batteries. That gas mask was a surprise 😂. For winter, I’d pick a place in the mountains since the air in the city is terrible. It’s a solid hotel for four stars, nothing fancy, but pretty good.

A handy spot for business trips, with easy access to the center and clean, comfortable rooms. The staff were helpful, breakfast had a good range, and the restaurant stayed open late. Airport transfers were reliable and affordable.

The breakfast was good, and the restaurant staff were helpful. My room was spacious, and the bathroom was fine, with decent water pressure and temperature. The shower base felt slippery and seemed too high, which struck me as potentially dangerous. The lighting controls were odd because I had to get up to switch off the bedside lights. I also couldn’t control the TV, so it stayed on all night, whether the remote was broken or just out of batteries. There was construction nearby, but thankfully the workers didn’t start early or work at night, so it didn’t disturb me. I spent one night at Ambassador hotel and had a good stay overall.

The rooms and service were unreal, and breakfast in the morning was amazing. Pretty much everything for food, entertainment, and sightseeing is within walking distance. A top-notch place to stay!

Got a lot for the money. The room was large, as was the bathroom, and the toilet had a bidet. Wi-Fi was fast, there were international outlets, and the hair dryer was powerful with hot and cold settings. The amenities were adequate, and breakfast was good. A very pleasant stay.
