The carpet in my room was really dirty, and the service fell short of what I expected. I also got a different room from the one I'd booked. I'd chosen B-Hotel after seeing the positive reviews, so the stay was a letdown. They need to bring the cleanliness and service up to what they advertise.

The hotel sits on a quiet, green cul-de-sac, and the airport highway and main downtown sights are both easy to reach, including on foot for the attractions. My room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed, plus fast internet. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were friendly, and most could manage basic English. Breakfast had a generous range of good food and drinks. I'd gladly return and can recommend it.

We were there for 4 days and 3 nights, and the rooms were comfortable, roomy, and clean. We also held my mom's birthday celebration at the B Hotel Restaurant, where everything went smoothly. The waitresses made it feel extra special, spasibo to them and great work by the whole team for the excellent service.

Breakfast didn't have many choices, but it was okay, and they were happy to prepare rice when we asked. The staff were accommodating and helpful, especially the receptionist who assisted us when we arrived late at night on November 5. Sorry, I can't remember his name. Our rooms were clean and spacious. Thanks to the B Hotel team for helping us have a pleasant stay.

The location was really nice, and there was enough room to stay comfortably. Breakfast was the downside, since they served the same menu for all 3 days.
