There was a decent range at breakfast, and I enjoyed my stay. For food nearby, I’d suggest the local canteen, Faiza. Just be aware that the single rooms don’t have a bathtub, even though the photos make it look that way. The front desk person tried to help and checked another single room, but that one had a shower too. I appreciated the effort.

The first time I stayed at Bishkek boutique hotel for five days, I booked directly with the staff and found them friendly and accommodating. After a few days in another country, I returned to Bishkek and wanted to stay six more nights. Expedia offered a much lower price, so I booked there. The receptionist’s manner changed as soon as I did. I was put in a small room with twin beds, although I had booked a double. They said I could move to a double the next day, but when I asked over the following two days, they refused. I’m now stuck here for three more days because I’ve already paid. They haven’t tried to accommodate me. Had I booked directly, I believe they would have given me the room I wanted. The customer service was good on my first visit and terrible on this one. I won’t come back, and for the price compared with nearby hotels, it isn’t worth it. Other places are cheaper and offer better service. I don’t recommend staying here if you’re visiting Bishkek. In response to your reply: there was no misunderstanding. I booked a double bed, not twin beds. The receptionist said no double room was available the first night but promised one the next day. I asked again on the following days and still wasn’t given one. You lied to me, and the rooms weren’t all sold out. I’m still at the hotel now, and you could have tried to resolve this with me, but instead you answered my post and ignored the issue. That shows how poor your customer service is. You should be ashamed of that response, and I expect you’ll lie to future guests too.

After a long journey, the bathtub in my spacious room felt wonderful. The room was clean, and breakfast was truly excellent. The hotel is also close to the city centre. It made for a comfortable, pleasant stay.

The pillows were comfortable, and the staff were super helpful. Breakfast was really tasty too :)
