Osh Bazaar was just a short walk away, and getting an early morning check-in for a small extra fee was really convenient after a long trip. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast had a nice variety and was better than I expected. It was a comfortable, easy stay.

The rooms were dirty, and the beds and towels looked used and very unclean. The bathroom was moldy, the location inconvenient, and the neighbours didn’t feel safe. For the price, considering all that, it’s much worse value than better alternatives in the city in the same price range.

Not bad for the money.

The location was convenient, close to Osh Bazaar and within walking distance of the city center. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was nice, but on closer inspection the room was quite dirty, especially the floor and bathroom. The hotel looked nice and comfy at first glance. Even so, the stay was bad because of what happened at 1am: another guest came into our room after a staff member gave him our key by “mistake.” He claimed it was his room and that he’d lost the key, and staff handed ours over without checking anything. When we told them what happened, their response wasn’t great and we barely got an apology. We were really scared and had a very bad night afterward.

Breakfast was disappointing, and the shower is awkward to get into, so washing wasn't easy. The room itself was clean, though the toilet sits right beside the sink. We were watching a program about Issyk-Kul over breakfast when Kalmat took the remote and said guests weren't allowed to use the TV.
