Decent place, and easy on the budget.

Aizat, the administrator and maid, was quick to sort out any accommodation issues. We also liked the staff's attitude and the homely feel of the place. The prices are reasonable, and it was clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax. We were traveling with friends and had to pack our bikes after arriving. There was room to do that in the courtyard late in the evening, as long as we kept quiet, and nobody bothered us. I'd recommend this guesthouse.

It may be a clean, home-like hostel in a cottage, but our stay was awful. They were rude at checkout, then abruptly evicted us because a large group was arriving and wouldn't let us wait in the lobby while looking for somewhere else. Dina said they treat every guest that way. We got no peace at night either, since the staff broke their own quiet-after-10 PM rule. They also don't provide receipts or register guests with the immigration office, which, to me, means they're operating illegally. I strongly advise against staying here. A good night's sleep isn't likely.

Roman, hello! Our records show you checked in for one night and stayed three days. You said you liked the place, but on the fourth day your guests began complaining about you because of the unpleasant smell you were producing. I don't remember you asking for a receipt, and we have everything documented. We're a quiet, atmospheric place, and nights are quiet here.
