Hotel K Hotel Bishkek

The staff are what made K Hotel feel special. When I asked the woman at the front desk to print a few documents, she did it right away, smiling, and without charging me. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I was in Bishkek on a business trip in late August, and the hotel made a perfect base. The Wi-Fi was fast and dependable, the room was peaceful for both sleep and focused work, and breakfast was included, tasty, and filling. The place is cozy and comfortable, with a cool upscale feel. I also liked the understated, high-end music in the lobby, which gave it a relaxing atmosphere. I’ll absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Bishkek, and would recommend it. Five stars all around.

My mother loved her stay here. I chose the hotel because it was within walking distance of the USA consulate, and she was impressed by how friendly and hospitable the staff were and by the service. The rooms felt cramped, but the view from the road-facing one was priceless. Waking up to snow-covered mountains was amazing. The hotel is also near the presidential palace, and Jannath resort and ski resorts are about a half-hour drive away.

The staff at K Hotel were attentive throughout, and I'm especially grateful that they stayed in touch when my mother's phone stopped working. She could call me from the receptionist's personal phone. They helped her find her way around, called a taxi, answered her questions, and arranged a smooth airport transfer. I live in the USA and booked the hotel in Bishkek for my mother, who is over 70. Booking on the hotel website was easy. Before her trip, I contacted customer support on WhatsApp. They replied 24/7, were polite, and explained everything in detail. Paying cash in rubles was also convenient for us. When I bought her return ticket, I emailed it to the hotel and they printed it for her right away. The hotel is new, clean, and cozy, with excellent rooms. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, and we enjoyed the dinners too. They were tasty, with large portions and reasonable prices, though dinner costs extra. Thanks to everyone at K Hotel for the great service and care. I highly recommend it for anyone traveling with elderly relatives who wants to know they'll be looked after.
