The service from the staff and management was awful, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bishkek. We had a reservation but still had to wait an hour for a room, and the non-smoking room we booked was replaced with a smoking one. The next day, the hotel shataf had a leak. We reported it more than once and asked them to fix it, but the following day they blamed us and charged a cleaning fee. The manager was extremely rude and shrewd. Worst hotel in Bishkek. If you are planning a trip, don't book here, even in your wildest dreams.

Breakfast had lots of tasty choices, and after a day out sightseeing I found the room a comfortable place to unwind. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped. I'd highly recommend it for a pleasant, comfortable stay in Bishkek.

The room had a very nice view, and inside it was roomy with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very cooperative. We had a VIP room on the sixth floor, though the elevator stopped at the fifth, so we had to take the stairs for the last floor. That seemed odd for a VIP room.

The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are spacious, with a bidet in the toilet. Breakfast is the one weak point, with limited options and not much variety. Still, I highly recommend it.

The staff were very cooperative, and being fluent in English made things much easier for us. The rooms, beds, and general atmosphere were worth the price, and we had a comfortable stay.
