The rooms are on the small side, but they're comfortable, and the staff are good. Tourists may have a hard time communicating because of the language barrier. The food could be better too.

The staff were wonderful and spoke English well. They helped us with all sorts of things, from getting a SIM card and maps to tips and arranging a taxi. We booked three nights, then came back for another night before flying home. Breakfast was tasty, with fresh fruit and vegetables. Everything was great at Rixon hotel, and I'd absolutely recommend staying there when you're visiting Bishkek. Thanks so much for the great service.

Good location, nice rooms with the basic things you need. Breakfast is available, though it's only okay. A decent place.

The food smelled bad and didn't seem fresh 🤢. I asked the cook about it, but she rudely said, “I don't care, it's today's food,” and wouldn't even check. Don't stay at this hotel.

A lovely breakfast and a great hotel. It doesn't cost much, but you get more for your money.
